The Galaxy Activity, Torus, and Outflow Survey (GATOS): N. Unveiling physical processes in local active galaxies. Unsupervised hierarchical clustering of JWST MIRI/MRS observations
L. Hermosa Muñoz, J. R. González Fernández, A. Alonso-Herrero +23
With the rise of the integral field spectroscopy, we are currently dealing with large amounts of spatially resolved data, whose analysis has become challenging, especially when obs…
JWST reveals the diversity of nuclear obscuring dust in nearby AGN: nuclear isolation of MIRI/MRS datacubes and continuum spectral fitting
Omaira González-Martín, Daniel J. Díaz-González, Mariela Martínez-Paredes +22
We investigate the capabilities of the mid-infrared instrument (MIRI) of James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) to advance our knowledge of AGN dust using the spectral fitting technique…
Unveiling the warm molecular outflow component of type-2 quasars with SINFONI
M. V. Zanchettin, C. Ramos Almeida, A. Audibert +5
We present seeing-limited (0.8 arcsec) near-infrared integral field spectroscopy data of the type-2 quasars (QSO2s) SDSS J135646.10+102609.0 (J1356) and SDSS J143029.89+133912.1 (J…
