Graph based Data Dependence Identifier for Parallelization of Programs
Kavya Alluru, Jeganathan. L
Automatic parallelization improves the performance of serial program by automatically converting to parallel program. Automatic parallelization typically works in three phases: che…
Application of Generalised sequential crossover of languages to generalised splicing
L. Jeganathan, R. Rama, Ritabrata Sengupta
This paper outlines an application of iterated version of generalised sequential crossover of two languages (which in some sense, an abstraction of the crossover of chromosomes in…
Generalised sequential crossover of words and languages
L Jeganathan, R Rama, Ritabrata Sengupta
In this paper, we propose a new operation, Generalised Sequential Crossover (GSCO) of words, which in some sense an abstract model of crossing over of the chromosomes in the living…
A proposal to a generalised splicing with a self assembly approach
L. Jeganathan, R. Rama, Ritabrata Sengupta
Theory of splicing is an abstract model of the recombinant behaviour of DNAs. In a splicing system, two strings to be spliced are taken from the same set and the splicing rule is f…
Graph Splicing System
L. Jeganathan, R. Rama
The string splicing was introduced by Tom Head which stands as an abstract model for the DNA recombination under the influence of restriction enzymes. The complex chemical process…
