A First Law of Entanglement Rates from Holography
Andy O'Bannon, Jonas Probst, Ronnie Rodgers +1
For a perturbation of the state of a Conformal Field Theory (CFT), the response of the entanglement entropy is governed by the so-called "first law" of entanglement entropy, in whi…
Holographic duals for five-dimensional superconformal quantum field theories
Eric D'Hoker, Michael Gutperle, Christoph F. Uhlemann
We construct global solutions to Type IIB supergravity with 16 residual supersymmetries whose space-time is warped over a Riemann surface. Families of solutions…
Damping of hard excitations in strongly coupled plasma
John F. Fuini, Christoph F. Uhlemann, Laurence G. Yaffe
The damping of high momentum excitations in strongly coupled maximally supersymmetric Yang-Mills plasma is studied. Previous calculations of the asymptotic behavior of the quasinor…
Warped in Type IIB supergravity I: Local solutions
Eric D'Hoker, Michael Gutperle, Andreas Karch +1
We investigate the existence of solutions with 16 residual supersymmetries to Type IIB supergravity on a space-time of the form warped over a two-dimensional Rie…
