JWST Lensed Quasar Dark Matter Survey III: Dark Matter Sensitive Flux Ratios and Warm Dark Matter Constraint from the Full Sample
R. E. Keeley, A. M. Nierenberg, D. Gilman +24
We present the full sample of measurements of the warm dust emission of 31 strongly-lensed, multiply imaged quasars, observed with JWST MIRI multiband imaging, which we use to cons…
JWST lensed quasar dark matter survey IV: Stringent warm dark matter constraints from the joint reconstruction of extended lensed arcs and quasar flux ratios
D. Gilman, A. M. Nierenberg, T. Treu +23
We present a measurement of the free-streaming length of dark matter (DM) and subhalo abundance around 28 quadruple image strong lenses using observations from JWST MIRI presented…
Faster than SAM: An empirical model for the tidal evolution of dark matter substructure around strong gravitational lenses
Xiaolong Du, Daniel Gilman, Tommaso Treu +2
Strong gravitational lenses enable direct inference of halo abundance and internal structure, which in turn enable constraints on the nature of dark matter and the primordial matte…
Dark Matter Substructure: A Lensing Perspective
Charles Gannon, Anna Nierenberg, Andrew Benson +3
The study of dark matter substructure through strong gravitational lensing has shown enormous promise in probing the properties of dark matter on sub-galactic scales. This approach…
