Neuro-Symbolic Drive: Rule-Grounded Faithful Reasoning for Driving VLAs
Xiangbo Gao, Xiukun Huang, Boyu Lu +5
Driving VLA models incorporating Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning are attractive because they leverage pretrained VLM representations and expose intermediate decisions in natural l…
SceneCrafter: Controllable Multi-View Driving Scene Editing
Zehao Zhu, Yuliang Zou, Chiyu Max Jiang +9
Simulation is crucial for developing and evaluating autonomous vehicle (AV) systems. Recent literature builds on a new generation of generative models to synthesize highly realisti…
SceneDiffuser: Efficient and Controllable Driving Simulation Initialization and Rollout
Chiyu Max Jiang, Yijing Bai, Andre Cornman +12
Realistic and interactive scene simulation is a key prerequisite for autonomous vehicle (AV) development. In this work, we present SceneDiffuser, a scene-level diffusion prior desi…
UniGen: Unified Modeling of Initial Agent States and Trajectories for Generating Autonomous Driving Scenarios
Reza Mahjourian, Rongbing Mu, Valerii Likhosherstov +4
This paper introduces UniGen, a novel approach to generating new traffic scenarios for evaluating and improving autonomous driving software through simulation. Our approach models…
