PAPPA: Primordial Anisotropy Polarization Pathfinder Array
A. Kogut, D. T. Chuss, D. Fixsen +14
The Primordial Anisotropy Polarization Pathfinder Array (PAPPA) is a balloon-based instrument to measure the polarization of the cosmic microwave background and search for the sign…
Prototype finline-coupled TES bolometers for CLOVER
Michael D. Audley, Robert W. Barker, Michael Crane +17
CLOVER is an experiment which aims to detect the signature of gravitational waves from inflation by measuring the B-mode polarization of the cosmic microwave background. CLOVER con…
Antenna-Coupled TES Bolometers for CMB Polarimetry
C. L. Kuo, J. J. Bock, G. Chattopadthyay +12
We have developed a completely lithographic antenna-coupled bolometer for CMB polarimetry. The necessary components of a millimeter wave radiometer -- a beam forming element, a ban…
SCUBA-2: a 10,000 pixel submillimeter camera for the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope
Wayne Holland, Michael MacIntosh, Alasdair Fairley +30
SCUBA-2 is an innovative 10,000 pixel submillimeter camera due to be delivered to the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope in late 2006. The camera is expected to revolutionize submillime…
