Performance Analysis of Multiple Antenna Multi-User Detection
Javad Kazemitabar, Hamid Jafarkhani
We derive the diversity order of some multiple antenna multi-user cancellation and detection schemes. The common property of these detection methods is the usage of Alamouti and qu…
Combining Beamforming and Space-Time Coding Using Noisy Quantized Feedback
Siavash Ekbatani, Hamid Jafarkhani
The goal of combining beamforming and space-time coding in this work is to obtain full-diversity order and to provide additional received power (array gain) compared to conventiona…
Network Beamforming Using Relays with Perfect Channel Information
Y. Jing, H. Jafarkhani
This paper is on beamforming in wireless relay networks with perfect channel information at relays, the receiver, and the transmitter if there is a direct link between the transmit…
Outage behavior of slow fading channels with power control using noisy quantized CSIT
Siavash Ekbatani, Farzad Etemadi, Hamid Jafarkhani
The topic of this study is the outage behavior of multiple-antenna slow fading channels with quantized feedback and partial power control. A fixed-rate communication system is cons…
