Nuclear Structure Relevant to Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay: the Valence Protons in 76Ge and 76Se
B. P. Kay, J. P. Schiffer, S. J. Freeman +19
The possibility of observing neutrinoless double beta decay offers the opportunity of determining the effective neutrino mass if the nuclear matrix element were known. Theoretical…
Cross-sections and analyzing powers for reactions on and at 346 MeV
E. Ihara, T. Wakasa, M. Dozono +16
The cross-sections and analyzing powers for reactions on and have been measured at a bombarding energy of = 346 MeV and reaction ang…
Spectroscopy of 24Al and extraction of Gamow-Teller strengths with the 24Mg(3He,t) reaction at 420 MeV
R. G. T. Zegers, R. Meharchand, T. Adachi +20
The 24Mg(3He,t)24Al reaction has been studied at E(3He)=420 MeV. An energy resolution of 35 keV was achieved. Gamow-Teller strengths to discrete levels in 24Al are extracted by usi…
Complete set of polarization transfer coefficients for the reaction at 346 MeV and 0 degrees
T. Wakasa, E. Ihara, M. Dozono +16
We report measurements of the cross-section and a complete set of polarization transfer coefficients for the reaction at a bombarding energy = 346 MeV a…
