Characterization of the optical model of the T2K 3D segmented plastic scintillator detector
S. Abe, I. Alekseev, T. Arai +128
The magnetised near detector (ND280) of the T2K long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiment has been recently upgraded aiming to satisfy the requirement of reducing the systemati…
Direct determination of the U to Pu inverse beta decay yield ratio in the power reactor neutrino experiments
I. Alekseev, V. Belov, A. Bystryakov +30
The yields of the inverse beta decay events produced by antineutrinos from a certain nuclear reactor fuel component are used by many experiments to check various model predictions.…
Long term remote reactor power and fuel composition monitoring using antineutrinos
I. Alekseev, V. Belov, A. Bystryakov +31
Electron antineutrinos are emitted in the decay chains of the fission products inside a reactor core and could be used for remote monitoring of nuclear reactors. The DANSS detector…
Software Compensation for Highly Granular Calorimeters using Machine Learning
S. Lai, J. Utehs, A. Wilhahn +61
A neural network for software compensation was developed for the highly granular CALICE Analogue Hadronic Calorimeter (AHCAL). The neural network uses spatial and temporal event in…
