Entanglement detection in dynamical quantum systems
Xingjian Zhang, Jiayi Wu, Jue Xu +1
Quantum science and engineering increasingly target the exploitation and control of large-scale dynamical systems. As system size grows, novel phenomena and quantum advantages emer…
Quantum-classical crossover in fault-tolerant quantum dynamics simulation
Jinzhao Sun, Bozhen Zhou, Jue Xu +28
While quantum computers promise to solve classically intractable problems, identifying the point at which fault-tolerant quantum computation outperforms the best classical algorith…
Provable Quantum Advantage for Dynamical Phase Transition
Jue Xu, Xiao Yuan, Qi Zhao
The universal scaling of critical behavior in phase transitions is a cornerstone of physics. Dynamical quantum phase transitions (DQPTs) are their nonequilibrium analogues: abrupt…
Taming Trotter Errors with Quantum Resources
Xiangran Zhang, Jue Xu, Qi Zhao +1
Quantum simulation is a cornerstone application of quantum computing, yet how fundamental quantum resources--entanglement and non-stabilizerness (``magic")--shape simulation fideli…
Classical Simulation Healed by Quantum Entanglement
Jue Xu, Chu Zhao, Xiangran Zhang +2
Entanglement is not only the origin of exotic quantum phenomena, but also widely regarded as the fundamental barrier to classical simulation of quantum dynamics. We overturn this i…
