Stability Mapping of the New Uranian Moon S/2025 U1 with Updated Masses for Cordelia, Ophelia, and Cressida
J. Xavier, A. Amarante, S. Giuliatti Winter +1
We investigate the dynamics of Uranus's inner satellite system considering three recent updates: the inclusion of the new moon S/2025~U1, revised mass estimates for Cordelia, Ophel…
Orbital maneuvers for a space probe around Titania
Jadilene Xavier, Antônio Bertachini, Silvia Giuliatti Winter +1
For most space missions, it is interesting that the probe remains for a considerable time around the mission target. The longer the lifetime of a mission, the greater the chances o…
Mapping and maneuvering long-term natural orbits around Titania, a satellite of Uranus
Silvia Giuliatti Winter, Jadilene Xavier, Antônio Bertachini Prado +1
In this work, we present the results of a set of numerical simulations carried out to obtain long-duration orbits for a probe around Titania, Uranus' largest satellite. We also pro…
Mapping Long-Term Natural Orbits about Titania, a Satellite of Uranus
J. Xavier, A. B. Prado, S. M. Giuliatti Winter +1
Close polar and circular orbits are of great interest for the exploration of natural satellites. There are still no studies in the literature investigating orbits around Titania, t…
