Coulomb branch surgery: Holonomy saddles, S-folds and discrete symmetry gaugings
Elias Furrer, Horia Magureanu
Symmetries of Seiberg-Witten (SW) geometries capture intricate physical aspects of the underlying 4d field theories. For rank-one theories, these geometries are r…
Reading between the rational sections: Global structures of 4d KK theories
Cyril Closset, Horia Magureanu
We study how the global structure of rank-one 4d supersymmetric field theories is encoded into global aspects of the Seiberg-Witten elliptic fibration. Starting wit…
Partition Functions and Fibering Operators on the Coulomb Branch of 5d SCFTs
Cyril Closset, Horia Magureanu
We study 5d supersymmetric field theories on closed five-manifolds which are principal circle bundles over simply-connected Kähler four-manifolds, $…
Seiberg-Witten geometry, modular rational elliptic surfaces and BPS quivers
Horia Magureanu
We study the Coulomb branches of the rank-one 4d quantum field theories, including the KK theories obtained from the circle compactification of the 5d $\mathcal{N…
The -plane of rank-one 4d KK theories
Cyril Closset, Horia Magureanu
The simplest non-trivial 5d superconformal field theories (SCFT) are the famous rank-one theories with flavour symmetry. We study their -plane, which is the one-dimensiona…
