We have carried out a study of the ${\hat{I}}^{3}p\to p{K}^{+}{K}^{\ast -}(K^{\ast -}\to K^{-}\ddot{I}{€}^0)$, $ γ~p \rightarrow p K^{+} K^{*-} ( K^{*-} \rightarrow \bar{K}^{0} π^{-}…
