Modular Architectures and Entanglement Schemes for Error-Corrected Distributed Quantum Computation
Siddhant Singh, Fenglei Gu, Sébastian de Bone +3
Connecting multiple smaller qubit modules by generating high-fidelity entangled states is a promising path for scaling quantum computing hardware. The performance of such a modular…
Fault-tolerant structures for measurement-based quantum computation on a network
Yves van Montfort, Sébastian de Bone, David Elkouss
In this work, we introduce a method to construct fault-tolerant measurement-based quantum computation (MBQC) architectures and numerically estimate their performance over various t…
Thresholds for the distributed surface code in the presence of memory decoherence
Sébastian de Bone, Paul Möller, Conor E. Bradley +2
In the search for scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing, distributed quantum computers are promising candidates. These systems can be realized in large-scale quantum networks…
Protocols for creating and distilling multipartite GHZ states with Bell pairs
Sébastian de Bone, Runsheng Ouyang, Kenneth Goodenough +1
The distribution of high-quality Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states is at the heart of many quantum communication tasks, ranging from extending the baseline of telescopes to…
