Meson resonances in forward-angle ${\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{-}$ photoproduction

Assuming that the ${\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{-}$ photoproduction at forward angles and high energies is dominated by one pion exchange we calculate the ${\pi }^{+}{\pi }^{-}$ mass distributions for low partial waves.…
