Parametric Study for Optimal Performance of Coulomb-Coupled Quantum Dots
Kum Hyok Jong, Song Mi Ri, Chol Won Ri
We study the optimal output power and efficiency of the three-terminal quantum heat engine with Coulomb-coupled quantum-dots (CCQD). It has been well known that in the weak couplin…
Competing electronic orders on a heavily doped honeycomb lattice with enhanced exchange coupling
Song-Jin O, Yong-Hwan Kim, Ok-Gyong Pak +3
Motivated by recent discovery of correlated insulating and superconducting behavior in twisted bilayer graphene, we revisit graphene's honeycomb lattice doped close to the van Hove…
Thermoelectric transport through a finite- quantum dot side-coupled to Majorana bound state
Chol Won Ri, Kum Hyok Jong, Song Jin Im +1
We study the thermoelectric transport through a single-level quantum dot (QD) coupled to two normal metallic leads and side-coupled to Majorana bound state (MBS). The Coulomb inter…
On Physical Layer Security over Fox's -Function Wiretap Fading Channels
Long Kong, Georges Kaddoum, Hatim Chergui
Most of the well-known fading distributions, if not all of them, could be encompassed by Fox's -function fading. Consequently, we investigate the exact and asymptotic behavior o…
