Euclid: The convective-transition gap of 47 Tuc
M. Libralato, M. Griggio, R. Gerasimov +140
We report the first detection of the `convective-transition gap' (also known as `M-dwarf gap') in the globular cluster 47 Tuc (NGC 104) thanks to Euclid data. This feature, linked…
Euclid Quick Data Release (Q1) Ultracool dwarfs in the Euclid Deep Field North
A. Mohandasan, R. L. Smart, C. Reylé +176
Ultracool dwarfs (UCDs) encompass the lowest mass stars and brown dwarfs, defining the stellar substellar boundary. They have significant potential for advancing the understanding…
Euclid: Quick Data Release (Q1) -- Photometric studies of known transients
C. Duffy, E. Cappellaro, M. T. Botticella +174
We report on serendipitous Euclid observations of previously known transients, using the Euclid Q1 data release. By cross-matching with the Transient Name Server (TNS) we identify…
Euclid: Quick Data Release (Q1) -- A photometric search for ultracool dwarfs in the Euclid Deep Fields
M. Žerjal, C. Dominguez-Tagle, N. Vitas +178
We present a catalogue of 5306 new ultracool dwarf (UCD) candidates in the three Euclid Deep Fields in the Q1 data release. They range from late M to late T dwarfs, and include 120…
