Joint Delay-Doppler Estimation using OFDMA Payloads for Integrated Sensing and Communications
Marc Miranda, Sebastian Semper, Christian Schneider +2
The use of future communication systems for sensing offers the potential for a number of new applications. In this paper, we show that leveraging user data payloads in multi-node O…
Frequency Sub-Sampling of Ultrasound Non-Destructive Measurements: Acquisition, Reconstruction and Performance
Jan Kirchhof, Sebastian Semper, Christoph W. Wagner +3
In ultrasound nondestructive testing, a widespread approach is to take synthetic aperture measurements from the surface of a specimen to detect and locate defects within it. Based…
High-Precision Measurement of Sine and Pulse Reference Signals using Software-Defined Radio
Carsten Andrich, Alexander Ihlow, Julia Bauer +2
This paper addresses simultaneous, high-precision measurement and analysis of generic reference signals by using inexpensive commercial off-the-shelf Software Defined Radio hardwar…
Cooperative Passive Coherent Location: A Promising 5G Service to Support Road Safety
Reiner S. Thomä, Carsten Andrich, Giovanni Del Galdo +8
5G promises many new vertical service areas beyond simple communication and data transfer. We propose CPCL (cooperative passive coherent location), a distributed MIMO radar service…
