Zero-point entropies of spin-jam and spin-glass states in a frustrated magnet
Chairote Piyakulworawat, Asiri Thennakoon, Junjie Yang +8
Thermodynamics studies of a prototypical quasi-two-dimensional frustrated magnet BaSnZnCrGaO where the magnetic Cr ions are arranged in a tri…
Striping of orbital-order with charge-disorder in optimally doped manganites
Wei-Tin Chen, Chin-Wei Wang, Ching-Chia Cheng +4
The phase diagrams of LaMnO perovskites have been intensely studied due to the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) exhibited by compositions around the doping l…
Exotic low-energy excitations emergent in the random Kitaev magnet CuIrO
Y. S. Choi, C. H. Lee, S. Lee +11
We report on magnetization , dc/ac magnetic susceptibility , specific heat and muon spin relaxation (SR) measurements of the Kitaev honeycomb iri…
Improper Ferroelectric Polarisation in a Perovskite driven by Inter-site Charge Transfer and Ordering
Wei-Tin Chen, Chin-Wei Wang, Hung-Cheng Wu +4
It is of great interest to design and make materials in which ferroelectric polarisation is coupled to other order parameters such as lattice, magnetic and electronic instabilities…
