Photon-pair generation in nonlinear metal-dielectric 1D photonic structures
Dalibor Javůrek, Jan Peřina, Jiří Svozilík
Nonlinear metal-dielectric layered structures are shown to be able to efficiently generate entangled photon pairs using spontaneous parametric down-conversion. Increase of electric…
Emission of OAM entangled photon pairs in a nonlinear ring fiber utilizing spontaneous parametric down-conversion
D. Javůrek, J. Svozilík, J. Peřina
We suggest the generation of photon pairs in a thermally induced nonlinear periodically-poled silica fiber by spontaneous parametric down-conversion. Photons are generated directly…
Proposal for the generation of photon pairs with nonzero orbital angular momentum in a ring fiber
Dalibor Javůrek, Jiří Svozilík, Jan Peřina
We present a method for the generation of correlated photon pairs in desired orbital-angular-momentum states using a non-linear silica ring fiber and spontaneous parametric down-co…
Measurement-based tailoring of Anderson localization of partially coherent light
Jiří Svozilík, Jan Peřina, Juan P. Torres
We put forward an experimental configuration to observe transverse Anderson localization of partially coherent light beams with a tunable degree of first-order coherence. The schem…
