Electrically Tunable Reflective Metasurfaces with Continuous and Full Phase Modulation for High-efficiency Wavefront Control at Visible Frequencies
Parikshit Moitra, Xuewu Xu, Rasna Maruthiyodan Veetil +4
All-dielectric optical metasurfaces can locally control the amplitude and phase of light at the nanoscale, enabling arbitrary wavefront shaping. However, lack of post-fabrication t…
High resolution multispectral spatial light modulators based on tunable Fabry-Perot nanocavities
Shampy Mansha, Parikshit Moitra, Xuewu Xu +6
Spatial light modulators (SLMs) are the most relevant technology for dynamic wavefront manipulation. They find diverse applications ranging from novel displays to optical and quant…
80-degree field-of-view transmissive metasurface-based spatial light modulator
Anton V. Baranikov, Shi-Qiang Li, Damien Eschimese +9
Compact, lightweight and high-performance spatial light modulators (SLMs) are crucial for modern optical technologies. The drive for pixel miniaturization, necessary to improve the…
Phase-only transmissive spatial light modulator based on tunable dielectric metasurface
Shi-Qiang Li, Xuewu Xu, Rasna Maruthiyodan Veetil +3
Rapidly developing augmented reality (AR) and 3D holographic display technologies require spatial light modulators (SLM) with high resolution and viewing angle to be able to satisf…
