Ricci flow on Finsler manifolds
Behroz Bidabad, Maral K. Sedaghat
This paper investigates the short-time existence and uniqueness of Ricci flow solutions on Finsler manifolds. The main results of this paper are theorems demonstrating the short-ti…
The Axiom of Spheres in Finsler Geometry
M. Sedaghat, B. Bidabad
Here, an axiom of spheres in Finsler geometry is proposed and it is proved that if a Finslerian manifold satisfies the axiom of spheres then it is of constant flag curvature.
Ricci flow on Finsler surfaces
Behroz Bidabad, Maral K. Sedaghat
Here, we study the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the Ricci flow on Finsler surfaces and show short time existence of solutions for such flows. To this purpose, we first…
Evolution of Ricci scalar under Finsler Ricci flow
B. Bidabad, M. K. Sedaghat
Recently, we have studied evolution of a family of Finsler metrics along Finsler Ricci flow and proved its convergence in short time. Here, evolution equation of the reduced -c…
Hamilton's Ricci Flow on Finsler Spaces
B. Bidabad, M. K. Sedaghat
Recently, we have studied evolution of a family of Finsler metrics along Finsler Ricci flow and proved its convergence in short time. Here, existence of solutions to the so called…
