The HUSTLE Program: The UV to Near-Infrared HST WFC3/UVIS G280 Transmission Spectrum of WASP-127b
V. A. Boehm, N. K. Lewis, C. E. Fairman +12
Ultraviolet wavelengths offer unique insights into aerosols in exoplanetary atmospheres. However, only a handful of exoplanets have been observed in the ultraviolet to date. Here,…
A Comprehensive Analysis of WASP-17b's Transmission Spectrum from Space-Based Observations
L. Alderson, H. R. Wakeford, R. J. MacDonald +9
Due to its 1770 K equilibrium temperature, WASP-17b, a 1.99 , 0.486 exoplanet, sits at the critical juncture between hot and ultra-hot Jupiters. We…
The L 98-59 System: Three Transiting, Terrestrial-Sized Planets Orbiting a Nearby M-dwarf
Veselin B. Kostov, Joshua E. Schlieder, Thomas Barclay +112
We report the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) discovery of three terrestrial-sized planets transiting L 98-59 (TOI-175, TIC 307210830) -- a bright M dwarf at a distanc…
An Eccentric Massive Jupiter Orbiting a Sub-Giant on a 9.5 Day Period Discovered in the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite Full Frame Images
Joseph E. Rodriguez, Samuel N. Quinn, Chelsea X. Huang +71
We report the discovery of TOI-172 b from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) mission, a massive hot Jupiter transiting a slightly evolved G-star with a 9.48-day orbit…
