Enhancing Quasi-Two-Dimensional Electronic Structure in Bi2O2Se via Chlorine Substitution
Yong-Zhen Jiang, Qi-Xun Wen, Xiang Xu +17
Bismuth oxyselenide (Bi2O2Se) has emerged as a leading semiconductor candidate for next-generation electronics and quantum phenomena research. However, its strong ionic interlayer…
Transport evidence of the three-dimensional Dirac semimetal phase in doped -Sn grown by molecular beam epitaxy
Yuanfeng Ding, Bingxin Li, Chen Li +3
We report the quantum transport properties of the -Sn films grown on CdTe (001) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. The -Sn films are doped with phosphorus to tune the Ferm…
Observation of Dimension-Crossover of a Tunable 1D Dirac Fermion in Topological Semimetal NbSiTe
Jing Zhang, Yangyang Lv, Xiaolong Feng +11
Condensed matter systems in low dimensions exhibit emergent physics that does not exist in three dimensions. When electrons are confined to one dimension (1D), some significant ele…
Van der Waals heteroepitaxial growth of monolayer Sb in puckered honeycomb structure
Zhi-Qiang Shi, Huiping Li, Qian-Qian Yuan +8
Atomically thin two-dimensional (2D) crystals have gained tremendous attentions owing to their potential impacts to the future electronics technologies, as well as the exotic pheno…
