Design and Construction of the BESIII Detector
The BESIII Collaboration
This paper will discuss the design and construction of BESIII, which is designed to study physics in the tau-charm energy region utilizing the new high luminosity BEPCII double rin…
Study of J/Psi decays into eta Kstar Kstar-bar
The BES Collaboration, M. Ablikim
We report the first observation of $\mPJpsi \to \mPeta\mPKst\mAPKst$ decay in a $\mPJpsi$ sample of 58 million events collected with the BESII detector. The branching fraction is d…
Proton-air cross section measurement with the ARGO-YBJ cosmic ray experiment
YBJ Collaboration
The proton-air cross section in the energy range 1-100 TeV has been measured by the ARGO-YBJ cosmic ray experiment. The analysis is based on the flux attenuation for different atmo…
value measurements for annihilation at 2.60, 3.07 and 3.65 GeV
The BES Collaboration, M. Ablikim
Using a data sample with a total integrated luminosity of 10.0 pb collected at center-of-mass energies of 2.6, 3.07 and 3.65 GeV with BESII, cross sections for anni…
Measurement of the Branching Fraction for J/ψ-> p \bar{p}ηand p \bar{p} η^{'}
BES collaboration
Using 58 $\jpsi$ events collected with the Beijing Spectrometer (BESII) at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC), the branching fractions of $\jpsi$ to $p\ba…
