Hierarchical fragmentation in the Perseus molecular cloud: From the cloud scale to protostellar objects
Riwaj Pokhrel, Philip C. Myers, Michael M. Dunham +8
We present a study of hierarchical structure in the Perseus molecular cloud, from the scale of the entire cloud (10 pc) to smaller clumps (1 pc), cores (0.05-0…
Intensity-Corrected Herschel Observations of Nearby Isolated Low-Mass Clouds
Sarah I. Sadavoy, Eric Keto, Tyler L. Bourke +8
We present intensity-corrected Herschel maps at 100 um, 160 um, 250 um, 350 um, and 500 um for 56 isolated low-mass clouds. We determine the zero-point corrections for Herschel PAC…
Alignment Between Protostellar Outflows and Filamentary Structure
Ian W. Stephens, Michael M. Dunham, Philip C. Myers +13
We present new Submillimeter Array (SMA) observations of CO(2-1) outflows toward young, embedded protostars in the Perseus molecular cloud as part of the Mass Assembly of Stellar S…
Dynamical timescale of precollapse evolution inferred from chemical distribution in the Taurus Molecular Cloud-1 (TMC-1) filament
Yunhee Choi, Jeong-Eun Lee, Tyler L. Bourke +1
We present observations and analysis of the low-mass star-forming region, Taurus Molecular Cloud-1 (TMC-1). CS (=2-1)/NH (=1-0) and CO (=2-1)/CO (…
