Transverse momentum dependent distribution functions in the threshold limit
Zhong-Bo Kang, Kajal Samanta, Ding Yu Shao +1
We apply the joint threshold and transverse momentum dependent (TMD) factorization theorem to introduce new threshold-TMD distribution functions, including threshold-TMD parton dis…
The Phase Diagram of BPS Black Holes in AdS
Nizar Ezroura, Finn Larsen, Zhihan Liu +1
Motivated by recent studies of supersymmetric black holes, we revisit the phase diagram of AdS black holes, whether BPS or not, with particular emphasis on the role of rotation. We…
AdS Black Hole Entropy near the BPS Limit
Finn Larsen, Jun Nian, Yangwenxiao Zeng
We analyze AdS black holes that are nearly supersymmetric. They depart from the BPS limit in two distinct ways: a temperature takes them above extremality and a potential viola…
Black Hole Spectroscopy and AdS Holography
Finn Larsen, Yangwenxiao Zeng
We compute the spectrum of extremal nonBPS black holes in four dimensions by studying supergravity on their AdS near horizon geometry. We find that the spectrum exhib…
Logarithmic Corrections to Black Hole Entropy: the Non-BPS Branch
Alejandra Castro, Victor Godet, Finn Larsen +1
We compute the leading logarithmic correction to black hole entropy on the non-BPS branch of 4D supergravity theories. This branch corresponds to finite temperatur…
