Is the CDM cosmological parameterization evidence for dark energy dynamics partially caused by the excess smoothing of Planck CMB anisotropy data?
Chan-Gyung Park, Javier de Cruz Perez, Bharat Ratra
We study the performance of the spatially-flat dynamical dark energy (DE) CDM parameterization, with redshift-dependent DE fluid equation of state parameter $w(z) = w_0 + w…
Running vacuum against the and tensions
Joan Sola, Adria Gomez-Valent, Javier de Cruz Perez +1
The cosmological term, , was introduced years ago by Einstein in his gravitational field equations. Whether is a rigid quantity or a dynamical variable in cosmology ha…
Brans-Dicke cosmology with a - term: a possible solution to CDM tensions
Joan Sola, Adria Gomez-Valent, Javier de Cruz Perez +1
We present a full-fledged analysis of Brans-Dicke cosmology with a cosmological constant and cold dark matter (BD-CDM for short). We extend the scenarios where the current cosmo…
Brans-Dicke gravity with a cosmological constant smoothes out CDM tensions
Joan Sola, Adria Gomez-Valent, Javier de Cruz Perez +1
We analyze Brans-Dicke gravity with a cosmological constant, , and cold dark matter (BD-CDM for short) in the light of the latest cosmological observations on distant superno…
