Update of beam coupling impedance evaluation by the stretched-wire method
T. Toyama, A. Kobayashi, T. Nakamura +10
In many cases beam coupling impedances or wake fields are calculated with computer simulator such as CST Studio Suite, GdfidL Electromagnetic Field Simulator and so on. But evaluat…
The feedback system for the longitudinal coupled-bunch instabilities in the J-PARC Main Ring
Yasuyuki Sugiyama, Fumihiko Tamura, Masahito Yoshii
The J-PARC Main Ring (MR) has achieved the delivery of the 30 GeV proton beam with the beam power of 500 kW to the neutrino experiment in May 2018. The longitudinal coupled-bunch i…
Longitudinal Mode-by-Mode Feedback System for The J-PARC Main Ring
Yasuyuki Sugiyama, Fumihiko Tamura, Masahito Yoshii
The J-PARC Main Ring (MR) is a high intensity proton synchrotron, which accelerates protons from 3 GeV to 30 GeV. The MR delivers protons per pulse, which corres…
Development of next generation LLRF control system for J-PARC rapid cycling synchrotron
Fumihiko Tamura, Yasuyuki Sugiyama, Masahito Yoshii +1
The low level rf (LLRF) control system for the rapid cycling synchrotron (RCS) of the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC) started its operation in 2007. The key func…
