Time-dependent simulation of particle and displacement currents in THz graphene transistors
Z. Zhan, E. Colomès, A. Benali +2
Although time-independent models provide very useful dynamical information with a reduced computational burden, going beyond the quasi-static approximation provides enriched inform…
Quantum noise with exchange and tunneling: Predictions for a two-particle scattering experiment with time-dependent oscillatory potentials
Enrique Colomés, Damiano Marian, Xavier Oriols
Quantum noise with exchange and tunneling is studied within time-dependent wave packets. A novel expression for the quantum noise of two identical particles injected simultaneously…
Local energy and power for many-particle quantum systems driven by an external electrical field
Guillermo Albareda, Fabio Lorenzo Traversa, Xavier Oriols
We derive expressions for the expectation values of the local energy and the local power transferred by an external electrical field to a many-particle system of interacting spinle…
Comparing Wigner, Husimi and Bohmian distributions: Which one is a true probability distribution in phase space?
E. Colomés, Z. Zhan, X. Oriols
The Wigner distribution function is a quasi-probability distribution. When properly integrated, it provides the correct charge and current densities, but it gives negative probabil…
