High-resolution Solar Image Reconstruction Based on Non-rigid Alignment
Hui Liu, Zhenyu Jin, Yongyuan Xiang +1
Suppressing the interference of atmospheric turbulence and obtaining observation data with a high spatial resolution is an issue to be solved urgently for ground observations. One…
Objective Image Quality Assessment for High Resolution Photospheric Images by Median Filter Gradient Similarity
Hui Deng, Dandan Zhang, Tianyu Wang +6
All next generation ground-based and space-based solar telescopes require a good quality assessment metric in order to evaluate their imaging performance. In this paper, a new imag…
High Performance Parallel Image Reconstruction for New Vacuum Solar Telescope
Xue-bao Li, Zhong Liu, Feng Wang +3
Many technologies have been developed to help improve spatial resolution of observational images for ground-based solar telescopes, such as adaptive optics (AO) systems and post-pr…
New Vacuum Solar Telescope and Observations with High Resolution
Zhong Liu, Jun Xu, Bo-Zhong Gu +17
The New Vacuum Solar Telescope (NVST) is a 1 meter vacuum solar telescope that aims to observe the fine structures on the Sun. The main tasks of NVST are high resolution imaging an…
