Robust diagnostics of dark counts for quantum networks
Nikolay Sergeevich Perminov, Maxim Aleksandrovich Smirnov, Konstantin Sergeevich Melnik +5
In this work, we study the timestamps in the registration of single-photon detector counts in quantum communications. The analysis of afterpulse counts on the basis of several appr…
Visual media for monitoring trunk quantum networks
Aleksandr Alekseevich Litvinov, Eugene Mihailovich Katsevman, Oleg Igorevich Bannik +5
In this paper, we formulate ideas for visual media for trunk quantum networks with lines over 100 km. We investigate the local trends analysis of performance parameters for experim…
Noise-immunity Kazan quantum line at 143 km regular fiber link
Oleg I. Bannik, Lenar R. Gilyazov, Artur V. Gleim +6
We experimentally demonstrate a long-distance quantum communication at 143 km between the city of Kazan and the urban-type village of Apastovo in the Republic of Tatarstan by using…
Using a Heterodyne Detection Scheme in a Subcarrier Wave Quantum Communication System
K. S. Melnik, N. M. Arslanov, O. I. Bannik +4
The single photon detectors currently used in quantum communication schemes impose considerable restrictions on signal registration and dark count rates, require cooling to low tem…
