Exact Homomorphic Encryption
Zheng-Yao Su, Ming-Chung Tsai
Inspired by the concept of fault tolerance quantum computation, this article proposes a framework dubbed Exact Homomorphic Encryption, EHE, enabling exact computations on encrypted…
Every Action in Every Code is Fault Tolerant: Fault Tolerance Quantum Computation in Quotient Algebra Partition
Zheng-Yao Su, Ming-Chung Tsai
In the framework quotient algebra partition, a general methodology is introduced to construct fault tolerant encodes for an arbitrary action in an error-correcting code.
Algebraic Quantum Error-Correction Codes
Ming-Chung Tsai, Po-Chung Chen, Kuan-Peng Chen +1
Based on the group structure of a unitary Lie algebra, a scheme is provided to systematically and exhaustively generate quantum error correction codes, including the additive and n…
A Decomposition Form of the Werner State
Ming-Chung Tsai, Po-Chung Chen, Wei-Chi Su +1
In this report, a scheme different from the PT and Wootters concurrence is developed to acquire a criterion to investigate the bipartite separability of the Werner state.
A Criterion for the Bipartite Separability of Bell Diagonal States
Ming-Chung Tsai, Po-Chung Chen, Wei-Chi Su +1
A decomposition form is introduced in this report to establish a criterion for the bi-partite separability of Bell diagonal states. A such criterion takes a quadratic form of the c…
