Modelling Population III stars for semi-numerical simulations
Toshiyuki Tanaka, Kenji Hasegawa
Theoretically modelling the 21-cm signals caused by Population III stars (Pop III stars) is the key to extracting fruitful information on Pop III stars from current and forthcoming…
The 21-cm signals from ultracompact minihalos as a probe of primordial small-scale fluctuations
Kunihiko Furugori, Katsuya Abe, Toshiyuki Tanaka +3
Ultracompact minihalos~(UCMHs) can form after the epoch of matter-radiation equality, if the density fluctuations of dark matter have significantly large amplitude on small scales.…
Sunyaev-Zel'dovich anisotropy due to Primordial black holes
Katsuya T. Abe, Hiroyuki Tashiro, Toshiyuki Tanaka
We investigate the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich (SZ) effect caused by primordial black holes (PBHs) on the cosmic microwave background (CMB) temperature fluctuations. The gas accreting on a…
Stellar mass dependence of the 21-cm signal around the first star and its impact on the global signal
Toshiyuki Tanaka, Kenji Hasegawa, Hidenobu Yajima +2
The 21-cm signal in the vicinity of the first stars is expected to reflect properties of the first stars. In this study we pay special attention to tracing the time evolution of th…
