Compact all-fiber polarization-independent up-conversion single-photon detector
Long-Yue Liang, Jun-Sheng Liang, Quan Yao +5
We demonstrate a compact all-fiber polarization-independent up-conversion single-photon detector based on integrated reverse proton exchanged periodically poled lithium niobate wav…
Up-conversion single-photon detectors based on integrated periodically poled lithium niobate waveguides
Fei Ma, Long-Yue Liang, Jiu-Peng Chen +6
We demonstrate up-conversion single-photon detectors based on integrated periodically poled lithium niobate waveguides, which incorporate two mode filters and a directional coupler…
1.064-um-band up-conversion single-photon detector
Fei Ma, Ming-Yang Zheng, Quan Yao +3
Based on the technique of periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) waveguide, up-conversion single-photon detection at 1.064-μm is demonstrated. We have achieved a system photon d…
Integrated four-channel all-fiber up-conversion single-photon-detector with adjustable efficiency and dark count
Ming-Yang Zheng, Guo-Liang Shentu, Fei Ma +6
Up-conversion single photon detector (UCSPD) has been widely used in many research fields including quantum key distribution (QKD), lidar, optical time domain reflectrometry (OTDR)…
