Stellar Coronae with \textit{XMM-Newton} RGS. I. Coronal Structure

First results from high-resolution coronal spectroscopy with the {\it XMM-Newton} Reflection Grating Spectrometers (RGS) are reviewed. Five stellar systems (HR 1099, Capella, Procy…
