Gravitational electron-positron scattering
W. D. R. Jesus, P. R. A. Souza, A. F. Santos +1
A scattering process with gravitons as an intermediate state is investigated. To study such a scattering, the Gravitoelectromagnetism theory is considered. It is a gravitational th…
Gödel-type universes in bumblebee gravity
W. D. R. Jesus, A. F. Santos
The bumblebee field coupled with gravity is considered. This gravitational theory exhibits spontaneous breaking of Lorentz symmetry. The Gödel-type universe is introduced and then…
Ricci dark energy in bumblebee gravity model
W. D. R. Jesus, A. F. Santos
The Ricci dark energy is a model inspired by the holographic dark energy models with the dark energy density being proportional to Ricci scalar curvature. Here this model is studie…
On causality violation in Lyra Geometry
W. D. R. Jesus, A. F. Santos
In this paper the causality issues are discussed in a non-Riemannian geometry, called Lyra geometry. It is a non-Riemannian geometry originated from Weyl geometry. In order to comp…
Gödel solution in the bumblebee gravity
J. R. Nascimento, A. Yu. Petrov, A. F. Santos +1
Here, we consider a gravity theory involving a spontaneous Lorentz symmetry breaking called the bumblebee model. We show that, at certain values of the bumblebee field, the Gödel m…
