A class of abstract delay differential equations in the light of suns and stars. II
Sebastiaan G. Janssens
Recent work in arXiv:1901.11526 by the author about a class of abstract delay differential equations (DDEs), as well as earlier work by Diekmann and Gyllenberg on other classes of…
Switching to nonhyperbolic cycles from codimension two bifurcations of equilibria of delay differential equations
Maikel M. Bosschaert, Sebastiaan G. Janssens, Yuri A. Kuznetsov
In this paper we perform the parameter-dependent center manifold reduction near the generalized Hopf (Bautin), fold-Hopf, Hopf-Hopf and transcritical-Hopf bifurcations in delay dif…
A class of abstract delay differential equations in the light of suns and stars
Sebastiaan G. Janssens
Using dual perturbation theory in a non-sun-reflexive context, we establish a correspondence between 1. a class of nonlinear abstract delay differential equations (DDEs) with unbou…
On Local Bifurcations in Neural Field Models with Transmission Delays
Stephan A. van Gils, Sebastiaan G. Janssens, Yuri A. Kuznetsov +1
Neural field models with transmission delay may be cast as abstract delay differential equations (DDE). The theory of dual semigroups (also called sun-star calculus) provides a nat…
