The QICK Box: A Modular RF Front-End System for Quantum Control and Readout
L. Arnaldi, D. Martin, S. Sussman +11
The QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit), first introduced in 2022, is a standalone open source control system for quantum information science. Since then, QICK has been migr…
XCOM: Full Mesh Network Synchronization and Low-Latency Communication for QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit)
Diego Martin, Luis H. Arnaldi, Kenneth Treptow +5
Quantum computing experiments and testbeds with large qubit counts have until recently been a privilege afforded only to large companies or quantum technologies where scaling to hu…
Experimental advances with the QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit) for superconducting quantum hardware
Chunyang Ding, Martin Di Federico, Michael Hatridge +14
The QICK is a standalone open source qubit controller that was first introduced in 2022. In this follow-up work, we present recent experimental use cases that the QICK uniquely ena…
The QICK (Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit): Readout and control for qubits and detectors
Leandro Stefanazzi, Ken Treptow, Neal Wilcer +12
We introduce a Xilinx RFSoC-based qubit controller (called the Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit, or QICK for short) which supports the direct synthesis of control pulses with ca…
