Pseudospectrum for Oseen vortices operators

In this paper, we give resolvent estimates for the linearized operator of the Navier-Stokes equation in ${\mathbb{R}}^2$ around the Oseen vortices, in the fast rotating limit $\alpha \to +\infty$.
