Charmonium properties from lattice QCD + QED: hyperfine splitting, leptonic width, charm quark mass and
D. Hatton, C. T. H. Davies, B. Galloway +3
We have performed the first lattice QCD computations of the properties (masses and decay constants) of ground-state charmonium mesons. Our calculation uses the HISQ a…
Radial and orbital excitation energies of charmonium
B. A. Galloway, P. Knecht, J. Koponen +2
The charmonium system has several excited states below the energy threshold for decay into and mesons, which can in principle be studied accurately in lattice QCD. St…
High-precision quark masses and QCD coupling from lattice QCD
Bipasha Chakraborty, C. T. H. Davies, G. C. Donald +6
We present a new lattice QCD analysis of heavy-quark pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar correlators, using gluon configurations from the MILC collaboration that include vacuum polarization…
Bottomonium and B results from full lattice QCD
C. T. H. Davies, B. Colquhoun, B. Galloway +7
We have developed two methods for handling quarks in lattice QCD. One uses NRQCD (now improved to include radiative corrections) and the other uses Highly Improved Staggered Qu…
