Status of the NICA/MPD project
V. I Kolesnikov, A. I. Zinchenko
A general-purpose detector for studying heavy-ion collisions at the NICA facility is under construction at JINR. The NICA/MPD physics program, basic design requirements, and the MP…
Phase-space dependence of particle-ratio fluctuations in Pb+Pb collisions from 20A to 158A GeV beam energy
T. Anticic, B. Baatar, D. Barna +65
A novel approach, the identity method, was used for particle identification and the study of fluctuations of particle yield ratios in Pb+Pb collisions at the CERN Super Proton Sync…
Measurement of negatively charged pion spectra in inelastic p+p interactions at = 20, 31, 40, 80 and 158 GeV/c
SHINE Collaboration, N. Abgrall, A. Aduszkiewicz +136
We present experimental results on inclusive spectra and mean multiplicities of negatively charged pions produced in inelastic p+p interactions at incident projectile momenta of 20…
Measurements of Production Properties of K0S mesons and Lambda hyperons in Proton-Carbon Interactions at 31 GeV/c
N. Abgrall, A. Aduszkiewicz, Y. Ali +141
Spectra of K0S mesons and Lambda hyperons were measured in p+C interactions at 31 GeV/c with the large acceptance NA61/SHINE spectrometer at the CERN SPS. The data were collected w…
