Time refraction of spin waves
K. Schultheiss, N. Sato, P. Matthies +9
We present an experimental study of time refraction of spin waves propagating in microscopic waveguides under the influence of time-varying magnetic fields. Using space- and time-r…
Propagation of spin waves through a Néel domain wall
Ondřej Wojewoda, Tobias Hula, Lukáš Flajšman +10
Spin waves have the potential to be used as a new platform for data transfer and processing as they can reach wavelengths in the nanometer range and frequencies in the terahertz ra…
Nonlocal stimulation of three-magnon splitting in a magnetic vortex
Lukas Körber, Katrin Schultheiss, Tobias Hula +4
We present a combined numerical, theoretical and experimental study on stimulated three-magnon splitting in a magnetic disk in the vortex equilibrium state. Our micromagnetic simul…
Nonlinear losses in magnon transport due to four-magnon scattering
Tobias Hula, Katrin Schultheiss, Aleksandr Buzdakov +9
We report on the impact of nonlinear four-magnon scattering on magnon transport in microstructured Co25Fe75 waveguides with low magnetic damping. We determine the magnon propagatio…
