Decoding Polar Codes via Noisy Quantum Gates: Quantum Circuits and Insights
Srikar Kasi, John Kaewell, Shahab Hamidi-Rad +1
The use of quantum computation for wireless network applications is emerging as a promising paradigm to bridge the performance gap between in-practice and optimal wireless algorith…
A Cost and Power Feasibility Analysis of Quantum Annealing for NextG Cellular Wireless Networks
Srikar Kasi, P. A. Warburton, John Kaewell +1
In order to meet mobile cellular users' ever-increasing data demands, today's 4G and 5G networks are designed mainly with the goal of maximizing spectral efficiency. While they hav…
Quantum Annealing for Large MIMO Downlink Vector Perturbation Precoding
Srikar Kasi, Abhishek Kumar Singh, Davide Venturelli +1
In a multi-user system with multiple antennas at the base station, precoding techniques in the downlink broadcast channel allow users to detect their respective data in a non-coope…
Towards Quantum Belief Propagation for LDPC Decoding in Wireless Networks
Srikar Kasi, Kyle Jamieson
We present Quantum Belief Propagation (QBP), a Quantum Annealing (QA) based decoder design for Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) error control codes, which have found many useful app…
