The Simons Observatory: forecasted constraints on primordial gravitational waves with the expanded array of Small Aperture Telescopes
The Simons Observatory Collaboration, I. Abril-Cabezas, S. Adachi +479
We present updated forecasts for the scientific performance of the degree-scale (0.5 deg FWHM at 93 GHz), deep-field survey to be conducted by the Simons Observatory (SO). By 2027,…
The Simons Observatory: Science Goals and Forecasts for the Enhanced Large Aperture Telescope
The Simons Observatory Collaboration, M. Abitbol, I. Abril-Cabezas +419
We describe updated scientific goals for the wide-field, millimeter-wave survey that will be produced by the Simons Observatory (SO). Significant upgrades to the 6-meter SO Large A…
Mapper of the IGM spin temperature: instrument overview
R. A. Monsalve, C. Altamirano, V. Bidula +17
The observation of the global 21 cm signal produced by neutral hydrogen gas in the intergalactic medium (IGM) during the Dark Ages, Cosmic Dawn, and Epoch of Reionization requires…
A wide field-of-view low-resolution spectrometer at APEX: instrument design and science forecast
The CONCERTO collaboration, P. Ade, M. Aravena +36
Characterise the large-scale structure in the Universe from present times to the high redshift epoch of reionisation is essential to constraining the cosmology, the history of star…
