Laser calibration of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter during LHC Run 2
M. N. Agaras, A. Ahmad, A. Blanco +37
This article reports the laser calibration of the hadronic Tile Calorimeter of the ATLAS experiment in the LHC Run 2 data campaign. The upgraded Laser II calibration system is desc…
Study of energy response and resolution of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter to hadrons of energies from 16 to 30 GeV
Jalal Abdallah, Stylianos Angelidakis, Giorgi Arabidze +68
Three spare modules of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter were exposed to test beams from the Super Proton Synchrotron accelerator at CERN in 2017. The measurements of the energy response…
Calibration and performance of the LHCb calorimeters in Run 1 and 2 at the LHC
C. Abellán Beteta, A. Alfonso Albero, Y. Amhis +84
The calibration and performance of the LHCb Calorimeter system in Run 1 and 2 at the LHC are described. After a brief description of the sub-detectors and of their role in the trig…
FATALIC: A novel CMOS front-end readout ASIC for the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter
S. Angelidakis, W. M. Barbe, R. Bonnefoy +12
The present article introduces a novel ASIC architecture, designed in the context of the ATLAS Tile Calorimeter upgrade program for the High-Luminosity phase of the Large Hadron Co…
