Doppler Shift Estimation in 5G New Radio Non-Terrestrial Networks
Xingqin Lin, Zhipeng Lin, Stefan Eriksson Löwenmark +2
Evolving 5G New Radio (NR) to support non-terrestrial networks (NTNs), particularly satellite communication networks, is under exploration in 3GPP. The movement of the spaceborne p…
Sum-Rate Maximization for Multi-Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface-Assisted Device-to-Device Communications
Yashuai Cao, Tiejun Lv, Wei Ni +1
This paper proposes to deploy multiple reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs) in device-to-device (D2D)-underlaid cellular systems. The uplink sum-rate of the system is maximiz…
Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation in Massive MIMO-NOMA Networks with Wireless Power Transfer: A Distributed ADMM Approach
Zhongyu Wang, Zhipeng Lin, Tiejun Lv +1
In multicell massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks, base stations (BSs) with multiple antennas deliver their radio frequency…
Joint Estimation of Multipath Angles and Delays for Millimeter-Wave Cylindrical Arrays with Hybrid Front-ends
Zhipeng Lin, Tiejun Lv, Wei Ni +3
Accurate channel parameter estimation is challenging for wideband millimeter-wave (mmWave) large-scale hybrid arrays, due to beam squint and much fewer radio frequency (RF) chains…
