Noise-suppressing channel allocation in dynamic DWDM-QKD networks using LightGBM
Jianing Niu, Yongmei Sun, Yongrui Zhang +1
Integrating quantum key distribution (QKD) with existing optical networks is highly desired to reduce the deployment costs and achieve efficient resource utilization, and some poin…
Intercore spontaneous Raman scattering impact on quantum key distribution in multicore fber
Chun Cai, Yongmei Sun, Yuefeng Ji
We propose a model, for the first time, to quantitatively estimate the intercore spontaneous Raman scattering (ICSRS) in multicore fber (MCF) based on the characterization of inter…
Multicore fiber-based quantum access network
Chun Cai, Yongmei Sun, Jianing Niu +3
We propose a quantum access network based on multicore fiber (MCF) to scale up the number of users in quantum key distribution (QKD) networks. The MCF is used as feeder fiber and s…
Experimental wavelength-space division multiplexing of quantum key distribution with classical optical communication over multicore fiber
Chun Cai, Yongmei Sun, Yongrui Zhang +3
We demonstrate quantum key distribution (QKD) with classical signals in a seven-core fiber using dense wavelength division multiplexing. Quantum signals are transmitted in an outer…
