Daily modulations and broadband strategy in axion searches. An application with CAST-CAPP detector
F. Caspers, C. M. Adair, K. Altenmüller +60
It has been previously advocated that the presence of the daily and annual modulations of the axion flux on the Earth's surface may dramatically change the strategy of the axion se…
Search for Dark Matter Axions with CAST-CAPP
C. M. Adair, K. Altenmüller, V. Anastassopoulos +61
The CAST-CAPP axion haloscope, operating at CERN inside the CAST dipole magnet, has searched for axions in the 19.74 eV to 22.47 eV mass range. The detection concept follows…
First results of the CAST-RADES haloscope search for axions at 34.67 eV
A. Álvarez Melcón, S. Arguedas Cuendis, J. Baier +56
We present results of the Relic Axion Dark-Matter Exploratory Setup (RADES), a detector which is part of the CERN Axion Solar Telescope (CAST), searching for axion dark matter in t…
First Results on the Search for Chameleons with the KWISP Detector at CAST
S. Arguedas Cuendis, J. Baier, K. Barth +50
We report on a first measurement with a sensitive opto-mechanical force sensor designed for the direct detection of coupling of real chameleons to matter. These dark energy candida…
