Optical Transitions at the Neutral and Charged Vacancies in Diamond
Mehdi Heidari Saani, Mohammad Ali Vesaghi, Keivan Esfarjani
We used the exact eigenvectors of the generalized Hubbard Hamiltonian solution to predict the transition intensities of the well known and transitions at the neutral an…
Exact solutions of generalized Hubbard Hamiltonian for diamond vacancies
Mehdi Heidari Saani, Mohammad Ali Vesaghi, Keivan Esfarjani
A new formalism to calculate electronic states of vacancies in diamond has been developed using many-body techniques. This model is based on prevoius molecular models but does not u…
The Composition Lines of the Visible Band of Synthetic Diamond
M. A. Vesaghi, A. Shafiekhani, K. Horiuchi
The visible band (band A) of Photoluminescence spectra of high-purity synthesized diamond is analyzed by deconvolution technique. A set of eight lines with distinct peak energy are…
Jahn-Teller Effect in Diamond-like Carbon Film
M. A. Vesaghi, A. Shafiekhani
The Jahn-Teller effect used semi-theoretically to analyse UV-visible spectra of the diamond like-carbon films on Si substrates. By deconvolution of UV-visible absorption spectra of…
